Random Leg aching?

so i've been confused beside this random leg twinge, it occurs adjectives at random times close to if I'm sitting, laying down or walking. I perceive these little spikes of pain up and below my knees. Sometimes it's when I wake up or in the past I fall asleep.

But it's similar to a pulsing pain, it's doesn't stay but it go away and then comes hindmost. My family is not set for any knee related symptoms. It's be happening for awhile immediately.

I have be getting good sleep and my legs should be ok, is it I have need of to get more exercise? blood flow something?

gratefulness guys.

Washing your hands?

Try getting a short time more potassium or b-complex vitamins, and a little exercise wouldn't hurt.

But it might indeed be related to the circulation in your legs: My grandfather have trouble with that for years, and eventually his leg muscles atrophied because he refuse to get it treated.

A check-up might be surrounded by order. Good luck!
