Snorkeling / Muscle Pain?

I went snorkeling faster for the first time. I had a blast, but very soon I am feeling the side-effects. It feel as though my shoulders and neck muscles own all fixed that they hate me. I'm not a massively strong swimmer, so its very possible that I be swimming at an akward angle, and especially considering I was out swimming for almost 3 hours holding my neck at remarkably akward angles to check out all the the deep life, so because of this I am extremely, very on edge. It's so bad that even though I am completely exhausted, I can't carry any sleep. I know a good chafe would do me wonders, but I'm currently backpacking in a youth hostel solo - so there's no one for me to ask for give support to that lives within 1500 kilometers.

Anyone enjoy any suggestions for what I could do, or for ways of coping? I have a white-water rapids trip to be in motion to in 7 hours, and I stay away from to miss that. Even if I can barely push your way because of the pain - I'm going. Thanks in mortgage!

you are using muscles that obviously hold not been worked out.
since you are not a strong swimmer.
you should other wear a life vest.
you should not travel swimming for 3 hours.
snorkeling is exciting..but don't be foolish.
have respect for the sea..

wear a vivacity vest.!
