hi, my name is melanie, i am 17, and i own a minor problem. it is now 4:01am, and i hold to wake up at 7am... 3 hours, the problem is, i will be going to college, which isn't that bad, because i can sleep within some classes :P lol,, but the thing is, i own a BIG test tommorow, and than after arts school i gotta go to work, and i need to be SUPRE alert at work :s.. so should i drink a bunch of verve drinks? i dont want to go to bed immediately for 3 hours because than i KNOW ill be even more tired i would, and i wont know how to get up and poorly be late for university.
I HATE red bull, the taste is gross,,,,is in attendance any GREAT tasting spirit drinks out there? where on earth can i get them!?
and dont inform me that i should get more sleep, i know it, and i hold a minor case of insommnia, and own done all the pills, and adjectives the remedies, doesnt work, i just obligation advice for tonight.

You need things near natural sugars that progress through the body slower. Things resembling fruit.
Those drinks work quick, but later you come down quick.

So try some crude sugars. Stay away from heavy foods today...similar to meats and such. Peanuts also bring on some life. Or any kind of nut.

Coffee will definately hold you awake or anything with caffine in resembling coke. Also remember to drink lots of water so you don't touch so useless and keep your brain live so you won't feel so tired.I don't drink Red Bull's because of adjectives the sugar and caffeine that are contained in them. These type of drinks are really bad for you.
