My knees has a stiffness after one still for a while. What do I do?
I need a remedy to straightforwardness. What causes this agony?
Answer: If you haven't injured it recently, it could be arthritis. Check near your doctor, usually the only bearing to know for sure is to have the knees x-ray'd. Before you get up after sitting for a while, bend and unbend the knees a few times to help loosen it up. If it's bleeding, ibuprofen and an ice pack will back.
Could be water on the knees. See a doctor and exercise your legs.
I quit smoking 10 hours cold turkey?
The pain is cause from a knee injury or may be you enjoy arthritis. Or something along those lines. Keep moving and it wont hurt. When you are still try a warm wipe cloth or heat to loosen up the muscles. Ibuprofen may also relieve with inflammation.
