My brother has just this minute been have chest pains for three days now. The problem is that he isn't covered by medical insurance although he is allowed to be below my fathers insurance except for hes out of town and inept to reach. Anything I can do to catch him medical attention and attempt to get medical insurance? Could he use his girlfriends? Any suggestions?
