My son 10 years old made a an arthroscopy cartilage surgery surrounded by his knee a month ago, he is OK but he still not all the same totally recover, his knees is still not quit straight, he is doing exercise for it, he is in the club swimming team, he want to capture back to his training, his doctor said OK but I wany another opinion. it is OK or not.
Answer:
My diaper wont stay on how can I keep it from slipping down?( I hold a medical condition)?
it sounds like he is contained by recovery from the surgery. if he is doing pt (physical Therapy) to be exact great. the exercise that he will get from training in the pool would be great. pt in the pool is the best open-handed. don't let him over do it. the pool is correct because he can do all of his exercises in need the strain of all his cargo.Good Luck.
See another physician.
I m no doctor, but I think he is lucky within a way that he swims coz the swimming is considered to be the safest for joint and put no pressure on it. He should start slow and build up the stamina and don't let him tire out. He is young-looking and children i feel restore your health much faster, all the best
the suitable thing in the order of swimming is that it is a "low impact" activity. use your judgement on this one. you can other let him start again, and if his knees starts to hurt again, get him to backbone off on the endeavours. he is old adequate to know when it's getting worse, and can tell you.
i would permit him try it again, and go from here.
it's just a month after surgery so expect some aching with hobby. Since the doctor gave him a turn signal, then it is ok. Swimming is a locked exercise for knee/joint injuries, but take it slow. Allow progress to lift place little by little...this will ensure that the knee isn't taking more pressure than it can.
