Lower Back Pain ?
My dad has have lower back spasm. It came on this morning. He can breathe okay and he is not on any medication. He is drinking plenty liquids and he think its something to to with the mode he slept at night. He also lift heavy luggage at work for passenger [he works at a train Station..] so he thinks it could also be muscle strain. Does anyone Know anything that can oblige? Could it be something more serious, such as slipped disc?

Try to identify if the pain is muscular or if the backache emanates from the spine. Typically muscle stomach-ache in lower rear should go away near ample bed rest. If it doesnt subside in two days consult an orthopedic.He should stop lifting unhealthy loads until his back is usual or it would definitely aggravate the agony.
