It's never accurate to sterotype. About 30,000yrs ago we where adjectives from the same group of empire. You me over time you can just lump a few citizens you don't really know into different groups. What fits into a group or stereotype? What are you losing when doing so? What stereotype do you fit in to?
Would it not be better to lable a person for who they are and what that personality has done?
When you stereotype any group of ethnic group you are the loser here. I mean for any pretext. We are all individuals that work indepentantly. We reason differantly consequently even our parent or siblings, os how can we lump someone into a group?

Are there really worms/parasites within our stomach?

ONLY when you may be doing a psychological profile of a criminal, in my opinion.

In a word- never. Stereotyping someone is putting them in an artificial situation to be precise negative and objectionable. It's judgemental and how would you feel if someone did that to you.
