I am going to be having surgery to fix the tendons and ligaments within both of my ankles and will be in a wheelchair for 6 weeks. Has anyone else gone through that surgery? If so, what did you experience?

Please, dont answer if you own never had this surgery. I one and only want answers from those that have.

I have surgery on my left ankle to repair tendons after I injured it scantily. The most important entity is to do all the physical psychiatric therapy after the recovery time is over, otherwise, you can lose some mobility in your ankles.

Not to disrespect your request, but I enjoy had foot surgery.
The tendons and ligaments purloin longer to heal (my doctor told me). My surgery be on my bone and that was immensely painful and please, please do everything they narrate you. It is for a reason.
Your surgery may not be as stinging. Just go to physiotherapy...they do know more than your doctor when it comes to recuperation.

there are thousands of empire that have gone through ankle similar to my brother he twisted it while sliding into home plate in softball! he has a metal plate and a few screw in his leg but in a minute he has a toddler boy and everything he is fine and i a sure you will be fine
