24 hour nursing services costs?. etc.?
How much should I expect to pay for a 24 hour nurse surrounded by home for my grandmother? She is very unwell and needs more backing than we can provide. She is 92, and, at this point, unable to move or amble without assistance from a person on foot and 2 people holding her and competent to catch her. I know that she ultimately requirements to be in a exactness facility, but I can't imagine what that would do to her mentally surrounded by this condition. I would like to permit her recover at home from her current troubles before we build that move. I'm afraid if we move her to a home now that she may confer up.
I suppose I should ask what it might cost for 2-3 weeks of 24 hour in home nursing.
It is difficult for me to mediate at this point whether it is better to have her stay at home near a nurse for her mental well self, or take her to a facility that would probable be better equipped to assist her physically (which I think would depress her severely).
