Get X-Rays?
So I was grappling next to someone who weighed 80 pounds more than me locked up my moved out arm and fell on it. A loud crack was hear, I continued on grappling for the rest of the hour but couldn't do much with my moved out arm. I somewhat can move my arm but my shoulder hurts and I can't raise my arm above my shoulder. Slight throbbing when it's not moving.
Answer:
What time do you think the best time to sleep?

The inability to raise it above your shoulder indicates that it might be a rotator cuff split. Get help past things get worse.
