Pain in my right shoulder, be fairly constant for 9 months in a minute?
I am 31 years dated and not overweight, Also I work as a mechanic. Any thoughts on what this may be?

Sounds to me like you may hold a combination for two things, one being Frozen shoulder and the other individual Carpel Tunnel Syndrome..Carpel Tunnel effects your arm from your elbow down to your fingers with lone a few digits being numb/tingly, its usually your little finger, index finger and thumb.. This can be cause but circulation and straining..Frozen shoulder is basically from sassiness pressure, not being competent to stretch your arm up, muscle weakness etc.. matching nerve that runs through your shoulder go to your neck as powerfully..So see if you can get someone to rub your neck and shoulder, this will back stimulate the nerves... As for the Carpel Tunnel, you may have to take a splint to assist with the circulation... But the best entity you can do is see your doctor or even see a chiropractor.. Good Luck..

It sounds almost resembling tendonitis or frozen shoulder. Massage would help you alot if you can afford it. It's from using your right hand/arm so much in your work. Buy a brace (they are soft approaching a tensor bandage) for your elbow - it will support the tendons while you are working - you can find them at a pharmacy.If you can possibly manage, try using your not here hand more when driving, drinking etc. & rest your right arm as much as you can.

Sounds similar to a dislocated shoulder to me, though that is usually massively painful. Are you righthanded? Maybe you hold stretched the cartilage or pulled it away from the bone when lifting a very calorific object, or repeatedly lifting pouring things.I can tell you what I do when I own pain (Though you'll probably deem I"m barmy-but it works for me!) I actually take-home pay attention to it when I go to bed at dark, especially. I relax and just put my attention at the place where on earth the pain is.
