yea maybe you own been running too much or too complicated. maybe slow it down for a short time bit, ease rotten and still run but not as much. If your back still hurts turn to the doctor

If you are running on solid ground similar to pavement, then yes the body can pinch a tow from that solid ground! It does not give the joint in your body any flexaible! So perchance you should think in the order of getting a threadmill if that is the casing!
