Continuing pain surrounded by calf muscle and shins.?
ok, so here is the story. I went to a track touch (I'm 16 years old) and the one race I needed to win, I didn't. so while at cheerleading practice, I run a ton. like every time the girls lug a break I run and before they even start, I run a mile, I did that adjectives last week, non stop, incredibly little resting.well thursday I notice a massive amount of pain within my shin as I ran, as if it be bruised and the pressure of my body weight be causing it, but as I run and focused more, it seemed to dissapear. but I finished my running any passageway. well friday I notice a massive amount of pain contained by my calves. and normal soreness wasn't this discouraging. it doesn't go away, and hurts alot when I sit still for a while and receive up, it sends a powerful shock all through my leg, and I touch like even moving it is too stinging. what should I do? I can't let my coaches know, they would force me to relax and I can't do that, I own to win my race. please share my what you know and sorry for the long question.

How well are you stretching?I also stride and jog deeply, and I notice it will defiantely hurt profusely more if I do not warm up correctly, or stretch satisfactory. Perhaps you could try putting in a couple of extra stretches and see if that helps you.
And I don`t know relaxing in a hot tub would help it too. Best of luck!

Go to a bone doctor I've been in that i run track and recently have the same problem i done up taking physical thaerapy it worked. i also play field hockey and we have to run at least 3 and partly miles a day. putting on the wrong shoes to run can incentive that problem to. the worse thing you could do is not do anything almost it. that kind of problem will hurt your sport trade in the adjectives.
