Warm hot towels and try to keep moving muscles as much as possible to try to work in out I suggest l0 min. rime and follow up with 20 min. melt towels and put some icy hot on it. You could even stand in the shower and permit the warm sea hit you for 20 minutes and that should help. Good luck
