Ok so why are my parents punishing me because im hurt?


I fell and sprained my ankle and it hurts to walk on it so my parents grounded me cuz i wouldnt run to church. I told them if they wanted me to jump so bad to move about buy crutches and they said crutches are for people beside broken bones not sprained ankles. why are they punishing me and how can i help my ankle capture better so i can go do stuff

That sucks. Maybe it stems from HOW you hurt your ankle? Where you doing something that made them angry? Or, it's possible that they regard as you are lying about it, and they may be trying to name your bluff.

Geez your parents great...if the sprain is that bad you probably entail to go to a doctor and if you hold insurance you will get crutches if you can probably buy them at a medical supply store.

Ok! I surmise it's because you did something they didn't want you to which caused you to go and get hurt and got them to become barmy!

I have insomnia...any suggestions?

I feel you should ask your parents to take you to a doctor if the headache has be going on long or if it is getting worse or you cant move the foot at all. As far as punishing you I dont know why parents do stupid things sometimes, I guess they deem it is best or they are just cruel.

First rotten your parents are scrums. Second I've had that same torment feeling contained by my foot many times. I don't know if it's sprained but usually i get the area that hurt and a moment ago like pressed on the bones (it might hurt a little) and soaked it within really hot water and kept bake on it. And that feeling that somethings going to pop, I sometimes a moment ago stomp really hard on the ground, you will get the impression a lot of distress but it might pop the foot back surrounded by and you'll feel better, it doesn't work adjectives of the time though. Just keep past its sell-by date of it and it will eventually get better. And don't press on the bones and/or stomp on it if you can't hold the pain because it will probably hurt. And yes you can use crutches if you hurt it similar to you did.
