Can famine of sleep cause deeply dry and red eyes?

yes becasuse sleep is a time of rest for adjectives your organs [although the vitals ones simply slow down a little so you wont die contained by your sleep]. when u sleep the eyelids are covering the eyes keeping moisture in.sleep is a time 4 the eyes 2 moisturize themselves after a day possibly exposed to oodles things that could dry them out, such as the wind, etc. and yes the weld could definitely affect them if u don wear goggles becuase the sparks [even the ones u cant see] are still fire, no thing how small, and dry out ur eyes w/ the heat of it. my guess is that if u dont wear goggles is probably a combination of both sleep deprivation adn ur weld job. monitor both and adjuist according to this i.e. try things 2 relieve u sleep better [maybe sleep pills] adn wear goggles at work. if still red dry eyes, use visine. they have a special solution 4 that. if they still dont bring better [which i doubt] then in attendance could be something seriously wrong and u need 2 see an eye doc but that probably wont begin. visine works very effectively for everyone i know that use it. apt luck. oyea u can find visine in a lot of different places, drug store, probably eye stores [eye clinics], etc.Hi Ive get a very small peice of chalice in my foot any Idea's how to obtain it out xxx?
Lack of sleep is a problem and welding and an added grounds. Get sleep and use some eye drops to ease the problem. If the eyedrops enjoy witchhazel in them thats great.
