How do I prevent these blisters on the bottom of my feet?

a stress orb is probably a good item to start off beside. you want to exercise it, but not stress it. you have to move it within order to catch it back to it's conventional state. if you are afraid and let it be still, after it's going to be a problem latter.

it is going to hurt for a while. think of it, you not singular broke it, but you had pins inserted and you have it immobile for quite a while.

don't push it. supply your self time to get rear legs into it. at times you will not feel any stomach-ache at all and you will discern courageous enough to push it, but afterwards it will be hurting for no reason. torment is going to fade out eventually and probably come back for several months. i anticipate like up to six months or so.

you will be fine. you are the one carrying it, you will absolutely know if you are going to far.

Floor/rug burns?

Go to physical therapy. They'll know when to recount you to push yourself and when to back sour. A good indicator is to ask yourself if it's upright pain or discouraging pain.

you should have recieved physio exercises. Do them

Don't force it. That may organize to more damage. You won't be capable of see what you are harming on the inside of your thumb.
