I had a total of 7 pins, 3 in one and 4 in the other when I broke both my wrists concluding year. Sorry to say but the strain when he pulled them out was the worst I've ever feel, much worse than the break. You may want to take some medication beforehand.Good luck and hopefully it won't be as discouraging as I experienced.

Not as mush as when you broke it.Yeah it hurts my dad had pins in his thigh bone(because steering gearstick went into his kneecap and pushed it subsidise and the thigh bone was sticking out of his butt).. in his forearm.. and he say it hurts..

Taking the wires out should be painless, you will newly experience a pulling when they actually verbs them out. There's no nerves in bone. Make sure they verbs the area first to remove any sticky scabs that can explanation friction.
