Over the counter Melatonin help me but currently, I am on Restoril and it works great. I have be on Ambien for the last 4 years and loved it but I be a bit groggy in the morning. Also, it is not cheap even beside insurance...Restoril is very cheap...Cheaper than Melatonin!
