I dream up that the best solution would be to determine what exactly is hindering your sleep. Is it that you hold trouble falling asleep? Do you have trouble staying asleep? Is the sleep merely not satisfying?Anyway, here are some nonspecific sleeping tips:
Exercise during the day to use up excess heartiness. Try to relax before going to bed, any by drinking a decaffeinated bedtime tea or warm milk or perchance taking a bath. You could also try some stretching exercises to relax your muscles. Remove adjectives stimulants (ie TV, books, computer) from your sleeping environment and make it as comfortable as possible. Establish a sleeping/waking stencil and go to bed faster.
Stress may be a factor as well. I repeatedly have trouble falling asleep when my thoughts are race. Focusing on my breathing helps to muffled my mind.
