Can I still get a suntan in a really cold cloudy sunshine?
Answers: Yes you can actually. You can receive sunburn even when it is cloudy as I believe it is UV rays which burn the skin and have no trouble endorsement through clouds. But you will not feel the temperature of the sun as you would on a clear day.
However if you enunciate it is a cold day next it is likely to be winter when the UV index is lower and as a result less strength contained by the UV rays. In summer the UV index is higher and any time spent out within the sun results in more sunburn. So 20 minutes outdoors may result in as much of a suntan in summer as a unbroken day out within winter - depending on the UV at the time.
The other thing to remember is that individual at the beach you also receive rays that imitate off the marine which wouldn't happen read aloud in your backyard.

It does depend on where you live as far as climate go. If you live in a seasonal loving of area, it also depends on what time of year it is.you will IF you could withstand the cold.
