Why do hard boiled eggs produce gas?
Scrambled, fried, and poached eggs don't. What is it about the boiling process that cause it?
Answer: It is the sulfur in the eggs. Sulfur is in reality good for most folks, but it does make happen lots of gas.
I love both plain boiled eggs and deviled eggs,too, darn it!
