Im a 13 yr old baseball player and my forearm hurts everytime i throw.can anybody diagnose near sumthing?

This is best treated with REST and 20 min. of rime, then 20 min. sour, then 20 min. on again every morning that you throw or experience pain. The biggest thing is REST.
