Why does wrapping an injury oblige?
I hurt my knee yesterday and while probing online to see how to make it quality better I noticed that profoundly of sites suggested wrapping it with an ace plaster. It does feel better wrapped, but I be just wondering why.

I own heel pain, and I cant integer out what it is.?
wrapping an injured part of your body, especially any of the four extremities (arms and legs) immobilize it and prevents it from further injury. There's this thing we, physical therapist prescribe in cases approaching this which can be summed up in four correspondence:R- est
I-ce (cold compresses for injuries within 24 hours; hot for more than 24 hours)
C-ompression (bandaging does this trick, you hit two birds beside one stone - compressing and immobilizing it)
E-levation ( bump up your knee high than your body when you sleep to lessen pain and promote recuperative faster)
...in short, RICE! ;-)
i hope this help!
Extend the expiration date of your question?
It compresses it which reduce the amount of swelling and fluid around the injury so there isnt so much pressure from the fluid around it.1. it protects ur knees from any germs that can enter it easily...and it may drop off the amount of blood..and it drys it out so it can heal faster...
wrapping the wound constricts the blood flow, which can inflict swelling and infection.
