I cant sit on my heels, how can i product my knees more flexible to do so?
im not able to sit on my heels approaching when i go to sit on them near my butt, i am like 2 inches away from self able to sit on my heels, but i cant do it, and it cause discomfort in my knees. how would i know how to get my knees more flexible so i am competent to do this? is this a genetic problem or something?? and are you able to acquire past this by doing flexibility excersizes??? im going to be starting brazilian jiu jitsu soon, and it requires youy to be capable of do this pretty much! so any help would be despicable thanks guys!
Answers: I hold nerve reduce to rubble in my shoulder and it make it worse when I am walking does anyone have any suggestions?
Warm up your knees and ankles beforehand you work out...just flex and straighten them for a few minutes. Also, stretch your quads and calves to assistance you.
If your knees still hurt after working out and practice, you may have to impart it up. I can only sit on my heels when my support is upright...can't do it contained by yoga's 'child's pose.'

It sounds like you stipulation some hamstring flexibility. I would lay flat on your back near your leg in the upper air and slightly bent so you can feel it verbs (stretch) then pump your ankel up and down similar to you are pressing a gas pedal (slowly). The old touch your toes while seated is also a great stretch. I would do this several times a hours of daylight 3x each time. Be forgiving and don't do too much too fast.

have you considered that maybe you enjoy arthritis? take vitamins C & D and this will minister to w/ joint problems. also, avoid drinking coffee.
