I agree beside M. Keen regarding the use of soap. I hear about it and tried it because I get frequent leg cramps. It works!! Take a bar of unwrapped soap, not Ivory or Dove, and put it underneath your top sheet next to your foot. It will stop the cramps. If the cramping returns, get a fresh stick of soap. I change the soap just about every six months. The soap is still fine to use for washing. If you go and get cramps in your calf, stretch your leg out, heel first. You can also step it off. But try the soap. You own nothing to lose, and it might work for you too!cramps are from dehydration. drink more water : )

I have to noise Jeni's response...cramps can be caused by a potassium fewer and Bananas are a great source for that. After eating them on the daylight of an event, cramps don't seem to be an issue for me anymore. Also, do more Yoga to amend circulation and flexibility. The best article I've found is Calcium, magnesium, zinc vitamin's. Take about 6 the first light of day then trim down by 1 every day until your taking 1 per daylight.They are right in the order of the bananas, because they contain Potassium, which when you are deficient within causes leg cramp. Find a vitamin store and usually they come in 99 mg tablets. Take around 5 first, which seems similar to a lot, but day after day you need resembling 2000 + mg, so 5 will only present you 500 mg.
