Hurt my neck.how can I net it comfortable?
I was streching this morning and I hurt teh vanished side of my neck. I in recent times raised my arms and tilted my décolletage to the right. After that the left side of my décolletage tightned up and it hurts really bad. Mostly my bottom vanished, neck towards the hindmost of the neck hurts the most. It spreads from nearby to my shoulders.
I wanted to purloin a muscle relaxer but...I'm only 15. Is it risky? Will it stop my heart?
What could I do about this...?

A muscle relaxer will not stop your heart. Only take one if compulsory. If it's possible for you to get a press that would work the spasm out of your neck.
