If you were to rest your hand on your knees while your legs are stretched out, the knot would be just about where your right thumb rests. It is constantly a source of mild stomach-ache. It does get bigger and alot more painfull on average of roughly speaking every 2-3 months. Regardless it is always within. I'm running out of paitence for this pain. I'm simply 27, and never was an athlete. I contemplate it originated from an injury that occur at work while being squatted down and twisting to verbs something. Please help me, I'm an uninsured college student who doesn't own current access to heathcare. Thank you.

the ASL is lower than the knee hat. now contained by your case, the collateral ligaments run along the sides of the knees and limit sideways motion. you may enjoy injured that in your knee cause you these problems and pain. i suggest you see your doctor in the order of this, who may refer you to and orthopedic doc. but do get it checked out. biddable luck! i hope this helped. :)
