Have you ever stubbed your toes so hard you couldn't relieve crying?
For this reason I first though that she be jocking and I made fun of her, saying that crying is unwanted for such a small thing.
Then I realize she was crying in earnest. In reality her big toe was broken.
Anyway I wonder: how is possible that such a small entry could hurt so much to reduce to tears a developed woman (my wife is 41) who have never shed a single tears in her time because of physical pain? (at lowest since we met, 20 years ago)
Have you ever experienced something similar?

That's exactly me. I did not cry when i broke my ankle either. But only last dark i had gotten a substantial amount of soap in my eye when wash my face and the burning sensation be just unendurable i shed a tear. And also surrounded by hopes that it would wash some soap out.But to answer your interrogate, it's as if small areas have to "store so much pain" in a solid small area. This could probably generate hurting toes or fingers very bleeding.
It feels similar to I have a huge lump surrounded by my throat?
