How do I prevent these blisters on the bottom of my foot?
Whenever I play basketball, I put a lot of pressure on the bottom of my foot and my big toes when i'm "standing on my tippy toes" sorta, and it starts to hurt. When I go inside and help yourself to off my socks, I own these blisters/puss spots on the bottom of my feet. How can I prevent this from scheduled next time? Is in attendance any kind of shoe sole or salve, etc? Does this happen to everyone? What can I do nearly it now that I already enjoy them from playing basketball yesterday?

i know exactly what u are talking roughly speaking. the old remedy for explicitly to wear more layers of socks. use to come to pass to us at basketball campThey are call sweat blisters, Their is a special kind of sock that you can wear that will prevent these from coming, Also own your boyfriend where lighter type socks, No heavey duty socks or poorly lit socks, as the darker the socks the worse the likelihood are that he will get the blisters, Also enjoy him place baby powder on his foot before putting on any helpful of socks this will help hold his feet dry inside the sock when his foot sweat,
P.S. my husband had these and on episode still gets them but not implicit as bad , because this is how we bar them. so I know what they are and how to handle them , and I also enjoy 13 brothers and some of them had impossible to tell apart thing. angelic luck.
can someone tell me the pros and cons of taking Ibuprofin?
I have that, too! I had to stroll all the time long, and in the evening have these huge blisters on my soles. I could not walk properly after ward! Try to change your shoes, on something near double soles, and wear very tacky socks. You are wearing ill fitting shoes. Go to an athletic store or department store that measures foot and be fitted into the right size. Also go to a podiatrist, and enjoy your feet examined. Pus routine infection, and having infection in your foot is not a good item. It could very capably get out of foot and get worse.
I'm a runner, but i studious how to prevent blisters. it's all within the socks. Back in the year, when i wore normal hanes socks i'd bring back blisters constantly. I wen to a running specialty store and bought running socks for appx $10. Havn't had a single blister since.
