NO> Dont let anyone speak about you otherwise. I have flat gunboats and I enjoy tried everything from those expensive shoe inserts to wooden shoes with soaring arches and of course because I am feminine and it isnt frowned upon, high heels. I hold had psychotherapy, surgery, and every known herb and supplement. I drew the chain at having my foot "broken and reset." I just wear shoes that dont hurt and forget in the region of having arched foot.See a podiatrist. They can examine your foot/feet and recommend orthotics to put in your shoes. They'd be custom made for your foot. You'd wear them a short time bit every day to settle in to them and it can really help your flat arch.
I don't come up with it is a physical repair via therapy that can oblige it, however, I most certainly could be wrong.
I do know that they hold inserts that they recommend for ppl with low/no arches-have you checked into some of those?
Does hardware from a ACL Reconstruction ever inevitability to be removed?
I would think orthopedic inserts (very epensive) would assistance with this. Outside of surgery, I see no method to "re"gain an arch. Nor have I ever hear of "arch surgery."
