It sounds resembling basic soft tissue aggravation. My counsel is to rest it completely (no running!) and to ice it frequently. I know it's tricky giving up your training. Right now I'm sidelined next to a strained calf muscle, and every day I preserve thinking "how long before I can bring back to running?" It sucks not self able to bring back out at hand, and the only reassurance I'm afforded is that doesn`t matter what time I put towards rehabilitating this now will stockpile me even more time of extensive physical therapy down the road. Long story short, rest and rime it. Don't risk prolonging the injury by constantly reaggravating it. Hope this helps!Pain after a composite bonding...?
