I have something wrong beside my wrist... could it be carpal tunnel?
for a couple months my left wrist have been hurting me stale and on, and it was usually newly if i put a lot of pressure on it. but for times past couple days it has be constantly hurting and almost any movement/pressure on it makes it worse. i do type slightly a bit, and i play volleyball. i used to have a dependence of leaning on that wrist like mad, too. the pain feel kind of within the center of my wrist, a little more towards the top. WHAT COULD IT BE?

Sounds approaching it. If you get any numbness or tingling beside it, then I would vote that it's definetly carpal tunnel. I'd see a doctor ASAP before it develops into something more such as tendonitis or arthritis.

It could also be tennis elbow also known as tendonitis. Inflamation of a tendon(s). Rest and anti-inflamatories, ie: Motrin, is roughly speaking your best shot. I would still check it out with a doctor.Can need of sleep cause enormously dry and red eyes?
