Help? ankle and leg twinge?

In a soccer game I get kicked hard contained by the inside of my ankle...not on the bone but like trailing it and it is tender there and up my leg somewhat but it is tender in resembling a line right astern the bone. There isnt really much swelling and I can walk fine...it solitary hurts to walk on the whole when I get up from sitting or lay down etc or when I am running. I just want to know what I can do to luxury the pain and if it sounds approaching anything I should go see a doctor for.
I play on two soccer team and have soccer every hours of darkness so its best if I can get over this as soon as possible!

It sounds resembling you might just hold a bruise...or a bruised bone. A plain ol' bruise will show up like a conventional bruise does. A bruised bone won't really show a bruisey color--it will take longer to turn away than a regular bruise and you'll probably have a bump. You should probably rime it a lot to decline any inflammation...then linger a week or so (as long as the pain isn't bad) to see if it feel better. As I said, bruised bones take awhile to restore to health so be patient, but don't dally to go grasp it checked out by a doctor if the pain get worse or if it's really bad in a minute. You might want to wear a pad on the sore part of the pack of the leg so that if you get kicked in attendance again, it won't make the health-giving time longer!

did you stretch formerly running? That is probably your problem. you must do lunges and put you feet forward until it feel stretched. Now since you have already verbs your hamstring, you will need to see a doctor. it is extraordinarily important if you want to label the pain turn away.
