Tingly ankle :( (please help)?

i have a track run into in two days but since a couple of days beforehand i have feel a tingling aound my lower leg and ankle.. can any1 tell me what is wrong..how to treat it.nad why is it tingling? (an answer for solely one of these questions are still appreciated:)
