A stable throbbing contained by my arm. HELP PLEASEE?

I am 15, I have not benched in a long time and roughly speaking 1 week ago i decided to start a routine again. I did 25 lbs 10 reps. The next time in the upper right part of my arm. Where the bicep is i imagine started to hurt. It has hurt through out the week but less dull pain and it did not bother me that much until today when i lifted again because i thought it was zilch to worry about. I be wondering if i pulled a muscle or possibly teared it? Any help thanks

Answer:    You start a routine merely take it easy , you are more next likely doing to many reps . Just do one set of respectively exercise till your muscle get used to it and then increase the work out and merely do it every 2 days or 3 times a week .You wish you luck and have a great daylight
