A potential sleep disorder?
I have been told that I frequently shove my legs while I am asleep. I myself have noticed this; I've have this problem for about a couple of years now, but the frequency have dramatically increased. Before, it used to occur about once surrounded by a month. Nowadays, it happens nearly every night, and sometimes three to four times a darkness.
These are usually accompanied by some hazy dreams at the birth of sleep, in which I'm walking and suddenly there's no floor, or I'm looking at something and suddenly the entire dimension of the world as i know it changes. I wake up up gasping, but fall back to sleep inside less than a minute as now I'm so used to them.
Recently, I've also started wake up with an extremely dry mouth. I cannot understand this as I drink plenty of wet during the day, and also before I dance to sleep. I live a normal life, haven't have any traumas or whatever. I live as healthy as is possible for a student.
Can anyone please comfort me with this? It would be greatly appreciated...
