Abdominal backache w/ other symtoms
I been having these really impossible abdominal pains all through my right side for about 5 days presently. Then 2 days after the pain i started to have a low category fever of 101.2 and it increases everyday; today i checked and my fever be 103.4. Vomitting is another symptom i have; about once everyday.
Is this something serious or can i control this at home and a short time ago rest for a couple more days and it will be better?
Answer: You need to go to the doctor as soon as possible. Try pressing contained by with your palm on your lower right side of your abdomen afterwards release your had quickly. Did it hurt worse when you pushed surrounded by or let go? If it hurt worse when you tolerate go then receive to the ER now. If this has be going on for 5 days then gangrene may have set contained by especially since you are running a tempt. My oldest son did that for about 4 days and I just thought he have a bad stomach virus because he never complained of the pain of late being on the right side. We almost lost him because gangrene had set surrounded by and it had already started leaking. It is one of the hardest things to diagnose but you can't play around near it. I was in the hospital for three days ultimate December before I was rushed into emergency surgery because they finally figure out it was my appendix. Please don't let this stir. If it is just a virus then you will know that is to say what it is and maybe they can give you something to gross you feel somewhat better but if it is your appendix then you will be glad you go and did not risk the chance of them bursting which could result in loss. PLEASE LISTEN TO ME!! pain surrounded by ur stomach only on one side and the fever and the vomitting are adjectives signs of germ cell ovarian cancer, im not sayin thats what it is, but ya never know.. but please go to the doctor and get checked out.. im 20 years dated, and im bald.. i have to stir have chemo done every day. its not fun, in recent times please go get checked out!! it will be worth it.. esp if thats how long ur dull pain has lasted!!

sounds like appendicitis to me, but im not sure. i think anytime you own vomiting and fever together you should have a doc check it out. i would do this asap. it could rupture. Absolutely stir to an emergency room or your doctor ASAP if the symptoms have continued. It does sound approaching a "hot" appendix which can burst and cause perotonitis which, if not treated, can be highly contagious. Go to an ER now!
