Addictive free cigarette?
well ive been smoking camel occasionally for over a month (like 2 on most days) and ive tried to quit but i dont grain that im addicted its just that when i go to equal area i smoke i just enjoy to do it, for example if i smoked at a spot at my school everyday, and i decided to quit and havent smoked the unbroken day, the momemt i reach that hang up out i crave it...so i was wondering, i found a cigarette called american spirit that say its 100% addictive free, is this true? why? also wouldnt it be wise for a smoke to quit with these? similar to if i smoke a lot and try to quit i can smoek these so the addicting feeling go away but im still enjoying it and then i efficiently quit
Answer: American Spirit cigs are additive free - not addictive free. Almost all other smokes own many other chemicals in them - American Spirit a short time ago has the cured tobacco. I believe, that for me, the other chemicals in the smokes are what result in me all the trouble when I try to quit. The tobacco companies have admit that they put chemicals in the smokes to make them as addictive as complicated narcotics. When I stopped the last time I wore a patch for a couple of months. When it was time to stop using them the worst article was a little headache from paucity of nicotine - no big deal. But the first week after I just stopped and wore the patch I basically felt awful - like the flu - this is from the rest of the chemicals I regard as. Good luck with your stopping smoking - wish I could!.
i read somewhere it simply costs 5 cents to grow and make a ciggarette, im wondering how would growing your own for like free work out if you want inbred ones... nicotine is addictive and tobacco plants make it naturally so near is no such thing as an addictive free cigarette.
i beleive youve read it wrong my friend its additive free not addictive so no jump itll just kill ya slightly slower haha they read aloud it migghhtt be less addictive but definately not addictive free American Spirits are NOT "addictive free," by which I guess you mean non-addictive. They are ADDITIVE free, consequence no extra chemicals are added to it like most other cigarettes. I think that masses of these are added in an attempt to make cigarettes more addicting.
Here's a index of the common cigarette additives:

However, if you're trying to stop smoking, I wouldn't recommend American Spirits since they have a much superior percentage of "free base" nicotine, which is the most potent and addictive form of nicotine.

If you're trying to quit smoking, I would definitely recommend you just switch to a "light" brand which will grant you less nicotine. Then you can switch to ultralights and stop altogether. This was a dutiful way for me since I found the actual activity of smoking greatly comforting. I like having something contained by my hand physically and the activity of smoking it.. meybe I hold an oral fixation, I don't know. If you're concerned about the additives (and who wouldn't be) consider getting American Spirit Lights. They come in the pale pack.
