Adrenaline and related pains...?
When a person sneaks up on another person, the typical response is to jump within surprise, and probably have a surge of adrenaline to provide the person with the handiness to fight or flee. I assume that when I am snuck up on, I too feel this 'adrenaline'.
However at the point where most ethnic group are laughing or punching their friend's arm, I find myself in pain. Not intense pain, but an acute discomfort. It feel as if pin pricks are forcing their way through my blood stream, i feel them pulsating down my arms and fingers, through my neck and the corners of my obverse as well as around my stomach and sternum.
Though it doesn't impact my life terribly, it does concern me to a level. I don't recall ever feeling this way when I be younger, back in the day when sneaking up on one another be a common ritual. I'm wondering if this is unnatural or this may be a sign that I should pay attention to.
Lets clear this up, I am not on illegal drugs, or alcohol though I do lug a prescribed medication that is a strong stimulant. (it may be relevant, it may not be.) Stress could be a factor since I know myself to be rather paranoid, looking over my shoulder and dreading facing the entity who is the source of this stress.
All in all- if someone has some amazing knowledge of adrenaline, strain that comes with adrenaline, or some other subject that may have tipped you off here, please share.
