Advice needed from society next to, or ethnic group who know, hypermobile integrated syndrome.?

Hi all,

I have hypermobile joint, they crack and crunch like an orchestra and I can do party-tricks like pulling my fingers to 90 degree against my hand etc etc. Normally this doesn't bother me too much, just get hold of used to the cracking, but the last few days I've had deeply of pain in my joint. My hips and knees are aching to the point I really can't fall asleep confidently at night, I can never get comfortable sitting or lying down, I can't even stand for long period of time. I want to be as proactive on this as possible, can anyone recommend anything that will help? I don't really want to pop painkillers, so do things like yoga or mould help? Is there any specific type of exercise I can do that will prevent these flare-ups? Any tips anyone have I would be very grateful for. In case it make a difference I am 25 years old, I might be a little overweight, but not too much, I be in motion to the gym 3-4 times per week but I do have a very sedentry (office-based) situation.

Thanks very much.
Answer:

What could be cause my dizziness?

I've got hypermobile shared syndrome as well all thought mine effects my shoulders more than my legs so not entirely similar. A few things that i would enunciate is I always found yoga to help thought not if you push yourself too far, and any sympathetic of exercise that jolted the problematic joints other resulted in pain the subsequent day. I'd avoid running as exercise in your suitcase and stick to rowing or cycling. My shoulders always tend to dislocate less when the muscle around are strong also.

I'm going to bed?
