Advice on wash a cut?
I cut my forehead on thursday evening. It bled for about 2 hours then it stopped. I go to the hospital on friday morning an they cleaned it all up and said it wasnt deep adequate or big enough for stitches. So they put this glue solution on it to close it up. They told me not to obtain it wet for 5days. Im getting so frustrated because i have to enjoy someone else to wash my hair for me! Would it be ok by immediately to get it wet? Surely the bonding agent would have set?
Answer: If they said not to get it drizzling for 5 days then I wouldnt chance it! You enjoy to give it those 5 days!.
The glue will promising dissolve in water.
What you can do is take a little saran wrap and make a square a bit bigger than the cut and cassette it securely on all four sides so wet won't get in it while you swab.
