After over a week stale, I go running and hold no muscle cramp resembling I usually do. Did I do something wrong?

My legs usually hurt a lot after a run, I'm a new runner. But this time here was very little if ANY discomfort the next mornng. It was a great run, my best, but I have no pain. Did I not push myself enough or is it a signal to do more? I run 3 1/4 miles.

Answer:    You surely need to run some more at a comfortable speed. Every now and afterwards stop and do some toad hop or some stretches. You will feel that way for close to two weeks and after that you involve to go to another level of exercise if i.e. what you want to do..
You're probably starting to condition your muscles. The more you run and exercise, the less it will hurt. I think you run a really good amount. Also, if you stretch well up to that time you exercise, your muscles won't hurt as bad. You should be able to transmit during and after the run if you had a good workout or not.
