Knee Bone... Please helP Me?

You may have Saturnine Gout. Heavy drinking can lead to precipitation of Uric Acid crystals within the urine. Those stones have to pass. Go to the ER and attain checked out. They will want a urine sample to see if there is blood surrounded by the urine. If there is, then further work-up is required. If not, next you may have injured yourself in some other style.

After that is done, then remember the out-of-date joke. "Doctor, it hurts when I do this." "So don't do it."

What is this? uti, term, kidney infection or something else!?

I'm not a doctor nor, I'm sure is anyone that has answered you. To put in the picture you you have kidney problems without have a full physical and specific diagnostic tests is ridiculous. No one can tell you why you hold lower back issues, it may not even be related to your drinking. The only instrument you will get a definitive answer is if you go to the doctor and catch examined. Lower back pain after drinking does not penny-pinching you have kidney problems.
