ALWAYS tired, but not at dark!?
I'm always tired when I wake up and within the afternoon. I get so tired I HAVE to fall asleep. Sometimes I don't receive that tired, and I don't always have to sleep. But almost everynight I'm broad awake at around 11-2am. I'm ready to do anything! Once I finally get to sleep, the undamaged process starts over. I can't get on a schedule. Is it conventional to be WIDE awake around those times?
Answer: Maybe you're just a night owl. I am fluently and so is my fiance. I started working days (reg hours) in January. So now, I don't own caffiene or chocolate after 6pm on worknights, and I don't usually let myself take a powernap no matter how tired I am in the afternoon. I try to gain to bed before 11:00pm (if I don't I get a second wind) and I cart 1/2 of a unisom, usually with a glass of wine (I know you aren't supposed to do that but oh powerfully. The only night I usually consent to myself stay up is Saturday night, so that I can keep a consistant agenda.
if you're like me, you're super sensitive to caffine. i used to feel really tired when i woke up and would enjoy lots of coffee, choco, chocolate (which all have caffine) to boost me up during the afternoon.
the problem is that by late evening i'd have have some much caffine during the day, i was adjectives wired up. as a result i couldn't sleep until 4am. And then the cycle would repeat.
lay off the caffine for a few days and see if it help.
