Am I experiencing insomnia?
I have been sleeping around 3am these previous few weeks. Last night, I slept around 5am..
What's wrong with me?
Another entity is, if I fall asleep around 9pm, I keep on wake up at 3am & kept staying awake 5am.. this keeps on happening whenever I dribble asleep early..
Is this insomnia? or what?
Answer: do exercise during the day, and run to bed at 11, watch a little bit of tv but dont put near low volume, and like at 11.30 or 12, turn it off, try to sleep and most big, take a minute to think almost everything ur going to do tomorrow and now try to sleep, but dont think around anything, some times people cant sleep because something worries them
