Am I of late sore from working out?
the day before last I go to the gym, I used to go to the gym everyday, but I stopped for about a month and just started running & working out on my own. so tuesday I be at the gym and I ran/walk collectively of 2 miles then all I did was going on for 30 crunches, (I did do some with a medicine ball which I don't usually do) after I did a few machines that work my legs. I do get sore sometimes but never to the extent I am now. my whole stomach feel bruised, whenever I tighten my abs or suck in its an emense amount of pain, when I touch my ribs they feel really bruised! is this run of the mill? im in a lot! of pain
Answers: Yes, you haven't used those muscles within a while, so when you do use them it can leave you feeling a bit battered and bruised! Completely normal, nought to worry about. Also a tip for next time, stretch ably, and do a warm up next time, it helps seriously! Trust me :)

Yes, it's just because you stopped working out.When you stop & start, you have to go rear legs into it gradually, & even then it will hurt.
Don't worry, merely put some heat/cold on it, and maybeeeee take some tylenol or something if it's that horrible. It could last more than a week, which is horrible. :/
