i twisted my ankle on sunday at a soccer game...it didnt hurt then...but afterwards that same ankle started hurting really bad on wednesday (still hurting) is that twist what is cause this pain?

I would say it's a locked assumption. You probably had a grade 1 sprain, so not too serious, but product sure you don't take the injury lightly, as ankle's are infamous for being recurrent, nagging injuries.

Make sure you strengthen the muscles and ligaments supporting the reciprocated and don't do too much too soon.
