Ankle hurts from running should I step see a doctor?

I've been running inside on a regular basis for more or less 3 months, and recently started training outside for 2 weeks- and my ankle started to have a mild stomach-ache when my right foot comes off the ground. I didn't think much of it until the 3rd daytime (of mild pain) I ran a bit too much and the pain be too sharp I had to quit running. It's been 8 days (of no running also) and at hand is still a slight swelling around both sides of my ankle and I have to limp when I am walking.

I can rotate my ankle contained by all direction without agony. No bruising either. It only hurts when I own my weight on it and my foot bends to lift rotten the ground. The pain seems to be surrounded by the bottom of the ankle bone.

There was no definite "moment" where on earth I think a normal sprain would have- it be just gradual pain. Should I stir see a doctor? If so would a general physician/family doctor be the person to move about to?

Lump on throat?

just see a doctor.

Broken Ankle, screwed for life?

As far as running every day, start running a couple days a week, close to 2 or 3. It might just be due to overuse. Now if it continues to hurt by all method go see a physician. When it comes which doctor you will see, go to your own flesh and blood doctor first and he will most likely refer you to an ortho doctor if deemed prerequisite.

Stomach dull pain from dance Ouch!! sustain please?

Go see the staff of a running specially store. Take your existing running shoes and explain the pain problem.

It may be an overuse problem caused by shifting the surface and doing too much too soon on the new surface, it may be that your shoes are not providing the right sort of support for you on that surface.

DO NOT go to a nonspecific sports shoe store like foot locker, go to one that JUST does running shoes. You may enjoy to travel and hunt one out, but there will be at least one store somewhere around you that a moment ago does running shoes for runners. They should be willing to help you integer out if it's a shoe problem, or if different shoes will help prevent it coming back once it have healed.

Take your existing running shoes and socks, and be prepared to run on their treadmill so they can checkout your running form.
